Documentación necesaria

Para beneficiarte de la exención de impuestos en la aduana de Malasia, es fundamental presentar:

Copia del Pasaporte y del Visado de Trabajo (Employment Pass) válido.
Carta de empleo confirmando tu posición y duración del contrato en el país.
Inventario detallado y valorado (Packing List) firmado por el titular.

Régimen aduanero

Malasia permite la importación libre de impuestos de bienes usados de hogar, siempre que hayan sido propiedad del titular durante al menos 6 meses y se importen dentro de los 3 meses posteriores a la llegada del titular al país. Debes tener en cuenta que Malasia es especialmente estricta con la importación de electrodomésticos (que requieren permisos de la agencia SIRIM en ciertos casos) y artículos de comunicación. Además, la importación de alcohol, tabaco y vehículos está sujeta a impuestos muy elevados. Nuestro equipo revisará tu inventario para asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas de la Real Aduana de Malasia.
